The Marine Corps League Department of North Carolina has a membership of over 2000 members in 52 Detachments.

Part of the Marine Corps League Mideast Division the Department of North Carolina continues to grow due to the hardwork and loyalty the Marines in the Carolinas share with each other.  The programs supported by these Marine Corps Veterans continue forward with gratitude from the communities we assist and among the Marine community with support for all major veterans events.
