The Credentials Committee (National Registration Committee) handles Delegate Registration.  

Detachment Convention Pre-registration forms are usually mailed out with the March 31 Strength Report.

There is a discount if returned by the deadline (approximately 2 weeks before the convention) with a detachment check to cover the registered delegates and alternates.

Anyone who plans to attend, delegates, alternated, other members and guest (wives) may also be listed.  There is a column to indicate if the person is coming.  If that does not say “yes”, nametags are not made and there will be a delay at the convention if they come to register.
